GoldWatches.com will gladly exchange or refund in full any unworn and undamaged item(s), no questions asked (excl. actual shipping/insurance handling costs – certain conditions apply please read full return policy). All returned item(s) must be unused and contain all original manufacturers tape and tags (that have never been removed by customer) packaging materials, gift boxes, warranty cards and documentation.

 All returns need a *Return Merchandise Inspection (RMI) number from GoldWatches.com. Once an RMI is issued the return instructions will be given. All watches and jewelry (14k or 18k) must be returned to us and received within 14 days of original item shipment date to customer. The RMI numbers must be clearly written on the outside of the package. All merchandise, accessories, serial numbered security tags, and packing materials must be in new condition to avoid refusal of returned merchandise or additional restocking fees. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Any sign of ware, removal of parts, will result in refusal of your return. Your item must be free from damage, alterations and wear.

Items custom** designed, custom sized (either by us at the request of the customer, or by outside location) Special Order items, cannot be returned or exchanged. Watch bracelets and parts sold separately, cannot be returned or exchanged. All return of items with a sale price equal or greater than $4,500 will incur an 7% restocking fee unless otherwise agreed by GoldWatches.com staff via e-mail or fax.

Orders and shipments to addresses outside the U.S. are not covered under this return policy and may not be returned.

Please call 323-934-0500 Monday - Thursday from 8:30am to 5:00pm and Friday 8:30am - 2:00pm receive an RMI and to arrange for exchanges and returns.

How to return or exchange an item:

- Place the original package into a shipping carton. Mark the RMI number clearly and legible onto the shipping carton.
- Do not place stickers or shipping labels on original manufacturers packaging.
- You must ship your return via insured courier, and request a tracking no. with "signature required from recipient". All return charges are the responsibility of the customer and we are not responsible for items which are lost, stolen or damaged during transit.

Refunds
In case of a return, a refund will be issued to the customer for the full amount of the returned item excluding original shipping insurance & handling expenses. The same also applies for an exchange with a balance due to the customer. For your security, please return the package to us by an insured courier (FedEx, UPS or Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Please make sure the item is insured for full cost. This will protect you in case your jewelry or watch is lost or damaged as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

For purchases paid by a credit card the customers account will be credited within 7 business days of return receipt and verification of merchandise. For all other forms of payment a refund by corporate check will be issued within 7 business days.

International orders (orders outside the U.S.)
We gladly accept orders from most countries outside the U.S. We currently ship via fully insured international priority FedEx, UPS or USPS to most international destinations. For a list of destinations please click here. Insured shipping costs are approximately US$85 to most European destinations (some destinations may be higher).

 All costs relating to VAT, customs, duties, taxes, etc. will be borne by buyer.

Upon checkout, international customers (outside the US) should use the Checkout with Amazon payment option once you add your selection(s) to your Shopping Cart. This option accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover cards from most international customers.
